OKLAHOMA CITY – Two people were arrested for stealing credit card information at gas pumps across the Oklahoma City area. Abel Rodriguez told police he made $400-$600 a day by placing numerous skimmers on gas pumps, according to an affidavit. With that electronic device at the pump, he allegedly accessed credit card information, otherwise known as “skimming.”
