VINITA, OK (KTUL) – Investigators have charged a man accused of running a human trafficking ring while behind bars. The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) its Human Trafficking Unit and the Oklahoma Department of Corrections (DOC) launched an investigation earlier this month. They identified Porter Meadows, also known as VP, as a human trafficker involved in the operation of a commercial sex ring.
