SPENCER, Okla. ( KFOR ) – One person has been taken into custody after a deadly shooting on Friday, August 9 .
According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, officers responded to shooting at an apartment complex in the 3800 block of Dunjee Blvd. around 7:30 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers discovered 36-year-old Devontia Robinson walking away from the scene. He was taken into custody shortly after.
Officials say some sort of altercation happened between Robinson and 49-year-old Sherratt Johnson when Robinson took out a gun and shot Johnson.
Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene. A second person was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
