EDMOND, Okla. – The Edmond Police Department is investigating a child neglect case after neighbors reported hearing children crying alone in a home. Two toddlers were left inside an Edmond home alone. Police posted body camera video of the incident on Tuesday after they were called to the home when neighbors heard the children crying.
