NORMAN, Okla. – Norman Police are investigating after two toddlers were found dead inside a vehicle Thursday. Norman Police said they responded to a welfare check on a stopped vehicle on West Brooks Street around 3 p.m. Thursday. Once on scene, officers found two 2-year-olds dead inside the vehicle.
