A former NBA sharpshooter, Davis Bertans, is expected to finalize a multi-year deal to play in Dubai.

The deal includes an NBA buyout clause that allows him to return to the league if presented with a contract offer, according to Marc Stein of The Stein Line.

Bertans bounced around the association, eventually landing on the Washington Wizards in 2019 before a trade sent him to the Dallas Mavericks three years later.

Last summer, the Oklahoma City Thunder acquired the big man as a part of the deal that delivered them rising star Cason Wallace.
