One injured in stabbing in Oklahoma City, police say

OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR ) – Police say one person was stabbed following a break-in Thursday morning.

According to the Oklahoma Police Department, officers responded to an apartment near NW 122nd St. and Western Ave. around 3 a.m.

Officials say a woman knocked on the door and asked to come in. When the resident refused, two more women arrived and entered the apartment with a knife.

During the confrontation, police say one of the suspects dropped the knife. The victim allegedly picked it up and stabbed one of the suspects.

That suspect was taken to a nearby hospital as police search for the other two suspects.
