‘Knew exactly what to do’: School resource officer credited with saving Oklahoma teen’s life

An Oklahoma County deputy saved a teenager who the department said could have died after a fight over bullying on a school bus. A 17-year-old is alive because of the quick actions of a school resource officer who used a tourniquet to save the teenager’s life.
