Tulsa-area television station KJRH reported the incident happened around 2 a.m. on September 14 when two OSU students, Katlyn Loubiere and Colby Parsons, encountered three men while walking along The Strip to get some food.

The three men allegedly threw a beer bottle in the direction of the two students and started yelling expletives and screaming at them.

The victim, Parsons, says Fields punched him in the face before proceeding to get on top of him to throw several more punches.

Parsons says Meadows got involved and put him in a chokehold, before two nearby bystanders came over and broke up the situation.
