On one ordinary day at the Oklahoma OKC Animal Welfare, an owner came with her dog to surrender it to the welfare.
Surrendered to a High-Rated Euthanasia Center
Now, the welfare has a high rate of euthanasia and there was a major chance that the little dog could not even get to live which is heartbreaking.
The workers at the welfare gave her some forms to fill and it was time that the whole life of the dog was about to be changed.
The dog was lying there on the floor, looking very adorable and innocent. This moment caught the eye or we could say the heart of Kayla Winrow, one of the workers at the welfare. She was deeply disheartened by the story of the dog and decided to help.
From Shelter to Stardom
Now, the story is that she was not surrendered by her actual owner. The owner who had her before could not take care of her anymore and so they the dog someone else. And when the new owner could not take care of the dog, they had to surrender her to the welfare as they were left with no choice.
