Oklahoma City police released body cam footage Friday, more than a week after an encounter between an officer and elderly man turned tense.

The officer was called to a crash along NW 39th Expressway.

Both drivers were given tickets, but Lich Vu felt he shouldn’t receive one.

Throughout the encounter, there appears to be a language barrier. The officer later telling Lich if he doesn’t sign the ticket, he will be taken to jail.

Moments later, he speaks with Lich again about what he did wrong. Lich and a woman he was with argued that the other driver is at fault.
