Hundreds expected as Oklahoma National Guard Museum hosts Veterans Day event

OKLAHOMA CITY – Veterans Day events are planned across the state on Monday, with the Oklahoma National Guard Museum celebrating with a big ceremony. Hundreds of people are expected to gather at the museum at Northeast 36th Street and Martin Luther King Avenue to salute our nation’s heroes. It’s a free event with a special performance by the 145th Army Band, a salute from a World War II anti-tank gun, a guest speaker and a massing of colors.
