A successful Dairy Queen franchisee is opening a new location in Oklahoma City Wednesday, bringing the total number of metro area locations to six.
Dara Dejbakhsh, a multi-unit Dairy Queen franchisee with locations in Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Wyoming and Oklahoma will now add a location at 6017 W Reno Ave., right off eastbound Interstate 40.
The location will be open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, and 10 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
“As the owner of 35 Dairy Queen locations, I’m eager to open another restaurant in Oklahoma. The Oklahoma market is great for Dairy Queen, and with several other successful locations across the state, guests throughout the area are in for a treat,” Dejbakhsh said. “Dairy Queen has built strong customer loyalty over the years, and I hope to continue fostering those relationships at this new location. I’m excited to bring joy and laughter here and create a welcoming environment where community members can enjoy their favorite treats.”
