The watch is in effect from Sunday evening through Monday afternoon. Heavy rainfall is expected, which may lead to flooding in rivers, creeks, streams, and low-lying areas. Oklahoma City and Wichita Falls could see street flooding and rising water in local rivers, as reported by the National Weather Service.
