Court records detail in early December, Tyrone Jones, Cortez Martin, and John Perry going to a well-known bank branch at the corner of Northwest 35th and MacArthur in Warr Acres to rob an ATM.

Police say the victim was an ATM technician who went to fix the machine after the suspects broke it.

An affidavit details the suspects telling the victim to give them money or they were going to shoot him.

When police got to the scene, an officer describes seeing fresh wounds on the left side of the victim’s lip, the right side of his cheek, and a large knot on the left side of his forehead.
