The Oklahoma Sooners have had a string of bad news the last few weeks, and it doesn’t seem to be getting any better until Friday afternoon.
After news of Zac Alley, the linebackers coach, and the assistant general manager all leaving, the Sooners took a very drastic hit. I mean, let’s just be honest for a second. But, after all that bad news, and while the Raiders are still trying to find a new defensive coordinator, they got some good news.
Sooners’ stud announces return
On Friday, Kendel Dolby announced that he will be returning to the team in 2025, which is huge when you factor in how many key players they have lost to the transfer portal.
Kendel Dolby, a defensive back for the Oklahoma Sooners, made a significant impact in the 2024 season before an unfortunate injury sidelined him. He began the year impressively, especially in the opening match against Temple, where his defensive prowess was on full display.
