2025 Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame Class Announced

Oklahoma City, OK – The 2025 Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame Class has officially been announced.

Ken Hayes will be enshrined after coaching at Tulsa, New Mexico, Oral Roberts and for 14 years at Northeastern State. Hayes earned Missouri Valley Coach of the Year honors twice during his career. He finished with a record of 460-329.

The matriarch of Oklahoma State Women’s Golf, Ann Pitts-Turner, is headed to the hall. She was the first women’s golf coach at OSU. She led the Cowgirls to 15 NCAA Championships and six AIAW Championships. Coaching LPGA players and All-Americans, Pitts-Turner won Big 12 Coach of the Year twice and is also a member of the National Golf Coaches Association Hall of Fame and the Women’s Oklahoma Golf Hall of Fame.

Don Porter will be inducted posthumously for his efforts to grow the game of softball. He served as President and CEO of the International Softball Federation for 26 years. He helped softball become and Olympic sport not once, but twice. In addition to his efforts there, Porter also served as a referee for NCAA football and the NFL.
