Oklahoma loses top spot in college softball rankings

Oklahoma’s loss to Missouri this past weekend — the Sooners’ first of the season — cost them the top spot in the national rankings.

The Sooners (29-1) took over the No. 1 spot in the national rankings after the third week of the season when preseason No. 1 Texas lost to Stanford in the Hillenbrand Invitational in Tucson, Arizona.
