OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — The 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and the trauma that followed helped establish a foundation of mental health and post-trauma care that’s grown over the past 30 years in the US.
The bombing on April 19, 1995, killed 168 people, injured more than 850, and impacted thousands of Oklahomans, including the first responders who rushed to help.
