Firefighters battle early morning house fire in SW Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR ) — Fire crews responded to a house fire early Saturday morning in Southwest Oklahoma City.

According to the Oklahoma City Fire Department, crews responded to a house near Southwest Grand Boulevard and South Agnew Avenue where heavy flames were seen coming from the back of the home at around 3:50 a.m. Saturday.

Officials say the flames quickly spread to the roof of the home, forcing crews to take a defensive stance.

The home was said to be vacant at the time of the fire, and the cause of the fire is under investigation…
