OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — A second person was arrested in connection with a deadly road rage shooting that happened in 2022 involving three vehicles.
According to an affidavit, on Aug. 1, 2022, officers responded near Southwest 22nd Street and S Blackwelder Avenue about two people who were shot.
