1995 Oklahoma City bombing impact on children growing up with loss, learning resilience

OKLAHOMA CITY (KTUL) — In the daycare in the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995, was P.J. Allen.

At 18 months old, he became the youngest survivor of the bombing. Now 31, he says it’s important to share his story for those who didn’t come home that day to keep their memories alive for the next generation.
