OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR ) — Storms that have moved in throughout the state and much of the metro have brought flash flooding, delaying the Festival of the Arts in Oklahoma City on Saturday.
Officials with the festival said that the opening of the event will be delayed until 4 p.m. Saturday.
