OKLAHOMA CITY (KAMR/KCIT) — HB 2047, the Emerson Kate Cole Act, is heading to the Oklahoma Governor’s desk.
Emerson Kate Cole died in 2023 after suffering an allergic reaction at an Amarillo ISD school.
