OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – The Oklahoma City Fire Department is reminding residents of a prescribed burn scheduled for Tuesday, May 13 & 14.
According to City officials, in coordination with the Oklahoma Forestry Service and Tinker Air Force Base, the burn will cover 374 acres between Douglas Blvd and Post Rd, SE 59th and SE 74th, just north of I-240 and adjacent to a TAFB runway.
Crews are scheduled to begin around 9:00 a.m.
