For a second time, the Yukon Board of Adjustments has denied a city code variance request for a towering accessory structure built in the Stone Creek Addition.
In 2024, applicant Kevin Lang received a permit from the City of Yukon to construct a freestanding building behind his home in the 900 block of Travertine Circle. However, the structure encroaches about 13 feet in the rear setback with a window backing up to an adjacent property.
