Social media fuels rise in OKC street takeovers, police target primary accounts

OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — The Oklahoma City Police Department is cracking down on street takeovers in the city by arresting suspects for incitement to start a riot.

An arrest warrant was filed in the Oklahoma County Court for Darwin Tapia-Valdez on July 2nd. His potential charge will be incitement to start a riot.
