Attention drivers heading west from Tulsa to OKC: The Turner Turnpike service plaza in Stroud will be closed from July 15 through fall 2025.
The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority confirmed that westbound I-44/Turner Turnpike will close temporarily beginning at 8 a.m. on July 15, “to expedite construction of an expansion of overnight truck parking and new facilities for the Love’s Travel Stop and McDonald’s.”
