Fence project left in limbo, metro company steps up to finish it

NORMAN, Okla. (KFOR) – Jeff Woods wanted to replace a weathered fence for his veteran dad, but the man he ended up taking thousands of dollars, left behind a mess and never returned. On Wednesday, someone stepped up to help finish the job.

The family has been left in limbo for two months. They hoped Timothy Wheeler, the fence contractor Woods hired, would finally nail down a date to finish the job he started.
