Oklahoma Man Accused of Killing OKC Deputy May Be Fit for Trial

An Oklahoma County judge is expected to decide whether the man charged with killing an Oklahoma County deputy is now mentally competent to stand trial.

In 2022, deputies were attempting to serve eviction papers at the home of Benjamin Plank when he allegedly opened fire, fatally shooting one of the officers.
