NEWKIRK — A failure to appear warrant with bond endorsed at $10,000 is issued for Warren. She reportedly failed to appear in court on July 28. According to court records, this is her time to fail to appear since she was arrested on the charge in 2023. Anyone with information on her location is asked to call police.
Warrant issued in child abuse case
NEWKIRK — A warrant is issued for Rachel Marie Warren, 41, Oklahoma City, in a child abuse case filed in Kay County District Court.
On May 19, Ponca City police and a Department of Human Services worker reportedly responded to an apartment on east Bradley in reference to a report of child abuse.
Officials report that upon arrival Warren was upset that they were there and that the child seemed scared and appeared to have bruising on her forehead and face.
Officials were able to calm Warren down and take the child to OU Children’s in Oklahoma City, where medical staff performed a Child Maltreatment Medical Evaluation on the four-year-old…
