Oklahoma City taxpayers are out $750,000 given to Bar K owners to build a sprawling dog park, bar and restaurant along the north shore of the Oklahoma River.
Ownership of the newly closed bar is in question as the land belongs to the city of Oklahoma City, which leased it to the OKC Riverfront Redevelopment Authority, which in turn subleased to the Riversport Foundation, which in turn then subleased the property to Bar K.
