Oklahoma man accused of assaulting nurse, police say

OKLAHOMA COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) – Oklahoma City Police arrested a man after a nurse says he grabbed her twice while she was trying to treat him.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Francisco Webb was on a bed in the hallway of the emergency room in the early morning hours of August 3when he allegedly grabbed a nurse while she was trying to check hit vitals.

During the alleged assault, the nurse says her watch fell off and Webb scratched her right arm, breaking the skin. The officer on scene says he saw the redness on the nurse’s wrist and right bicep.

When Webb was discharged from the ER, he was arrested and taken to the Oklahoma County Jail for assault and battery of emergency medical care providers…
