OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — “In by 10” is a new initiative being pushed by local leaders. You may recall the campaign that used to run on NBC before the 10 o’clock news decades ago. Now, it’s updated and will run on News 4 every night.
“She was here for a reason. And I feel like she served a purpose. She, she touched everybody around her. She’s sparked a change in her family,” said Deandre Lewis, Lyric Lewis’ father.
