OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotic’s Anti-Meth Task Force has been working closely with several local law enforcement agencies to target and dismantle a major meth trafficking organization moving large shipments of meth into central and northern Oklahoma.
This investigation involved OBN, the Ponca City Police Department, Perry Police Department, Kay County Sheriff’s Office, Noble County Sheriff’s Office, and the Oklahoma City Police Department.
“Since the launch of this investigation in July, we identified several individuals frequently purchasing pounds of methamphetamine from a source in the Oklahoma City area and then transporting the meth back to the Ponca City area for distribution,” said OBN Spokesman Mark Woodward…
