‘Get him justice’: OK woman criminally charged months after deadly motorcycle crash

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Family and friends of an Oklahoma man killed in March by an accused drunk driver say they feel closer to justice now that the person they believe is responsible has been criminally charged.

News 4 first reported on the crash in March earlier this year. Beau Acton’s family and friends said the father of two was leaving work in Southwest Oklahoma City when a suspected drunk driver hit him. Police arrested Jennica Burton for DUI. In the report, officers said she “exhibited signs of intoxication.”
