September is EMSACare enrollment month and it covers the out-of-pocket expenses for EMSA emergency ambulance transports ending at a hospital ER anywhere in the EMSA service area.
“Without EMSACare an ambulance ride for some may cost upwards of $1,300 to $1,400. Even if you have insurance, so this is just an added piece of mind for families,” said Adam Paluka, EMSA spokesperson.
