Man gets life sentence for 2016 murder of Edmond woman

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. (KOKH) — A man who confessed to killing an Edmond woman in 2016 received a life sentence on Wednesday.

Joseph Tyler Beck, 29, was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for the murder of Jennifer Kyli Molloy, 19.

Molloy was found deceased Oct. 5, 2016, in her Edmond apartment. For years, detectives with the Edmond Police Department pursued every lead. Despite their exhaustive efforts, the case remained unsolved until a break came last year…
