Man on AG Drummond’s 10 Most Wanted List found in Oregon

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – A man on Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s 10 Most Wanted List has been found in Oregon.

Officials say 20-year-old Justice Jauquin Jones was wanted for charges including rape, domestic assault and battery by strangulation, and robbery. He turned himself in on Saturday, October 4.

“This arrest demonstrates the effectiveness of the 10 Most Wanted program in shining a spotlight on Oklahoma’s most dangerous fugitives,” Drummond said. “By highlighting these cases and encouraging public awareness, we create pressure that leads to results. Jones will now face the serious charges awaiting him in Oklahoma.”

According to the A.G.’s Office, Jones was wanted regarding a July 17 incident in Durant, Oklahoma, where police say he attacked a woman after she tried to break up with him. Law enforcement says he also stole her phone and transferred around $12,000 from her bank account to his own…
