A former Edmond elementary school principal said she was wrongly forced to resign, her attorney told News 9 on Wednesday.
According to the notice of claim the two filed with Edmond Public Schools on October 3, Anissa Angier-Dunn worked in the district for more than 10 years. Most recently, she served as principal of Will Rogers Elementary School. That is, until her last day on August 22 – just eight days into the new school year.
In a letter that went home to parents on Sept. 23, Superintendent Dr. Josh Delich stated that Mrs. Angier-Dunn made the personal decision to resign her position at Will Rogers Elementary School. Her attorney responded that it was not voluntary…
