Justice Jauquin Jones, 20, a fugitive on Oklahoma’s 10 Most Wanted list, surrendered to authorities in Oregon on October 4. He faced charges of rape, domestic assault and battery by strangulation, and robbery, connected to an incident on July 17 in Durant, Oklahoma, where he allegedly attacked a woman, stole her phone, and transferred about $12,000 from her bank account, as reported by KFOR.
