Man posed as lawyer to see jailed girlfriend, cited ‘attorney client privilege’: police

OKLAHOMA CITY (WKRC) – A man allegedly lied about being a lawyer so he could visit his girlfriend in prison, then said he believed the pair had “attorney client privilege” when confronted.

According to a probable cause affidavit obtained by Law&Crime, 41-year-old Aaron Oldham walked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on Monday “attempting to get power of attorney paperwork signed for his girlfriend.”
