OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. (KOKH) — An Oklahoma City man was arrested by Edmond Police, who say he was soliciting minors online.
Pratul Agarwal, 51, was arrested Friday at his home by detectives with the EPD’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.
