Homeland grocery stores help Oklahomans struggling during government shutdown

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — As the government shutdown drags on, Oklahomans who rely on SNAP benefits or are federal workers are struggling to afford groceries.

Many Oklahomans have stepped up to help out those in need, including Homeland.

They’ve launched a new initiative, inside all of its grocery stores, you’ll find “Give What You Can, Take What You Need” bins…
