Suspect shot at 7-Eleven found down the road near N MacArthur and NW 34th St

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. (KOKH) — Oklahoma City Police report the man who was found shot in the stomach early Friday morning is connected to a shooting that happened at 7-Eleven near Northwest 39th and Ann Arbor Avenue.

The man is accused of trying to strangle the store clerk after she reportedly refused to take a fake bill. The clerk pulled out a gun and shot the man in the stomach. He then fled the store, went down the road, and called 911, according to police.

Officers did not know at first that the two incidents were connected.
