Richard Dewayne Chambers, 42, has been sentenced to three consecutive terms of life without parole for the murders of three individuals, including a double homicide in Allen, Oklahoma. The sentencing took place on November 7, 2025, in the Pontotoc County District Court.
The case began on December 18, 2024, when the Pontotoc County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) to take over a double homicide investigation.
The Events of December 17, 2024
At approximately 11:30 p.m. on December 17, 2024, PCSO deputies responded to a suspicious incident at a residence near State Highway 1 and County Road 1512 in Allen. Upon arrival, deputies discovered 84-year-old Robert Peliti Sr. and 70-year-old Jackie Peliti suffering from severe injuries.

Connecting the Crimes
OSBI special agents and deputies quickly identified Richard Dewayne Chambers as a person of interest. As the investigation progressed, evidence linked Chambers to a third, separate homicide in Midwest City, where the victim was identified as 62-year-old Annie Brown.
Working with multiple local law enforcement agencies, authorities successfully located and arrested Chambers on December 18, 2024, in rural Hughes County. He was subsequently transported to the Pontotoc County Jail on multiple murder charges.
