NORMAN, Okla. (KFOR) – Roughly 21,000 people in Norman were left in the dark Saturday night.
“We looked outside, and I will say it was like a horror film. Just on this street alone. It was very creepy,” said Josh Hamilton, a Norman resident.
OG&E tells News 4 that they still do not know what led up to the major outage.
