OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Oklahoma’s current DUI laws could lead to drivers being charged with driving under the influence even if marijuana hasn’t been consumed in days.
Oklahoma state law allows for the state to prosecute DUIs for marijuana being in a driver’s system, but there is no way to confirm through urine or blood testing whether or not the driver was high at the time of the arrest.
