Oklahoma City seeks bond to cover care for animals seized after toddler’s fatal dog attack

OKLAHOMA CITY- (KOKH) — On Tuesday, the city of Oklahoma City filed a petition asking a judge to set bond to pay for the treatment of animals taken from an Oklahoma City home.

It comes after a two-year-old was attacked and killed by a dog at the home on November 18th. Her parents, Darci Lambert and Jordan McGuire, were arrested that Friday.

According to OKC Animal Welfare, four of the dogs removed from the home appeared to be malnourished, including the black pit bull involved in the attack, whose ribs and hip bones were visible…
