New AI Officer discusses plans to use the technology in state government

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — The state is looking at ways to implement artificial intelligence (AI) into state agencies and other areas of government after appointing a new state Chief AI and Technology Officer.

Tai Phan was chosen for the role by the state’s Chief Information Officer, Dan Cronin.

“To succeed in A.I. and the emerging technology of the state, you know, it’s really not enough to just design solutions and launch it. We really need to think about how it impacts our people,” Phan said…
